The brief
Archcorp runs its HR on its own ERP. Employees needed the daily parts of it on their phones, whether they are in the office or working remotely, in English and in Arabic.
What it does
- Slide to punch in, with a map that confirms where you are
- Live status for today: hours worked, breaks and overtime
- Attendance history with days present, late arrivals and leave
- Leave balances and leave requests
- IT tickets with priority and status
- Approvals, announcements and reminders in one inbox
- Profile, documents and a digital visiting card
How it is built
The app is written in Flutter and ships to iOS and Android from one codebase of more than 1,200 Dart files, with BLoC for state.
Employees sign in with their Microsoft account. Punching uses the device location with Google Maps, and Firebase delivers push notifications and crash reports.
Every attendance calculation uses Dubai time, whatever the phone is set to.
Where it is now
Archcorp ERP has been on the App Store and Google Play since August 2025. The current version is 3.0.15.
